Girls With Sole programming is free of charge, and girls can participate at any listed location in as many programs as they like! Programs are designed to encourage girls to strengthen their minds and bodies while having fun, learning teamwork and building a sense of belonging. This is done from Sole to Soul! Any girl who establishes a routine that includes Girls With Sole programs is well on her way to "Lacing Up For A Lifetime of Achievement!"
Please register in advance for all Girls With Sole Programs by contacting Liz Ferro at 440-668-1509 or email at liz@girlswithsole.org. Please be sure to leave your name, child's name, the program she wishes to attend, child's age, how you were referred to the program, and your contact information.
You will be contacted to confirm registration.
PROGRAMS WILL CHANGE IN TYPE AND LOCATION ON A MONTHLY BASIS. PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE REGULARLY FOR UPDATES.
To participate in programs, a permission slip/waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Once the signed permission slip is received, each Girls With Sole participant will receive her very own membership card. If a Girls With Sole Member would like to bring a friend to a chosen program, she is welcome to do so. Just be sure to register her friend as outlined above.
Her friend will need a seperate signed permission slip from her parent or legal guardian.
All participants for the programs listed should be between the ages of 11-18. If a child is under the age of 11 (but no younger than 8 years old) and wishes to participate in Girls With Sole Programs, please notify Liz by email and an age appropriate program will be created.
